1. Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products/services.

2. Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.

3. Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.

4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales using the CRM system.

5. Follow up on leads provided and generate new leads through cold calling.

6. Provide excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships.

7. Handle objections effectively and close sales deals.

8. Share customer feedback with the team to improve products and sales approaches.
