Educational Requirements:
∎ BSC in computer science from any reputed university.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
∎ Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
∎ Providing technical support across the company.
∎ Day to day operational activities, software and database systems.
∎ Providing high quality client support
∎ Participate in the design of information and operational support systems & Providing administrative support as needed
∎ Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
∎ Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
∎ Analyze and prepare report on market competition by comparing the company's product to competitor's products.
∎ Must have excellent liaison skill with the officials of government/ semi government organization.
∎ Knowledge in E-tendering may be considered as added advantage.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have experience in web programming.
