Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in CSE or ICT-related subject from a reputed university.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): 2+ year experience in software development or teaching profession or scrum master.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct training sessions, webinars, workshops, etc. in groups or individually.
∎ Support trainees after training period to solve training related problems.
∎ Producing training schedules and classroom agenda as per the need of the Software division Team.
∎ Determining course content according to the objectives of the Software division team.
∎ Arrange for and conduct on-site training when needed.
∎ Keep and report data on completed courses, absences, issues, etc.
∎ Observe and evaluate results of training programs by preparing questions to conduct exams.
∎ Determine overall effectiveness of programs and make improvement Plan.
∎ Take accountability to ensure training effectiveness and quality and meet organization goals.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience as software developer or technical trainer or teacher.
∎ Knowledge of modern training techniques and tools in technical subjects.
∎ Hands on experience in Atlassian Product – JIRA, Confluence.
∎ Knowledge in Software Development Process and Framework, Scrum & Agile, Scrum Master, Project Management Tools(Redmine, Jira), Cloud computing, Software version controlling will be given high priority.
∎ Ability to address training needs with complete courses.
∎ Working knowledge in MS Office (especially PowerPoint).
∎ Outstanding communication skills and comfortable speaking to crowds.
∎ Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
∎ Strong English spoken & written capability, communication skills, and client-oriented attitude.
