Responsibilities & Context:
Identify and onboard new MBOs and Local Distributors to expand market coverage.
Conduct field visits as per the approved tour plan.
Explore untapped markets and support new partners during on-boarding.
Achieve monthly sales targets through regular follow-ups with assigned MBOs and Local Dealers.
Promote key products and campaigns to boost sell-through.
Collect and process orders via B2B app or manual system.
Maintain strong relationships with MBOs and LDs through regular engagement.
Provide service support and resolve issues related to product, pricing, or policy.
Ensure customer satisfaction through timely delivery and claim settlement.
Submit daily/weekly reports on sales, market trends, and competitor activity.
Keep accurate records of client interactions, order status, and payments.
