Job Context:
∎ We are looking for Junior Sales Executives for our sales team. If you consider yourself as confident and fit for this job then apply with confidence.
∎ Working Area: Mymensingh Division (all area)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the sales team to fulfill the monthly as well as yearly sales target of the area /Regional as set by the management.
∎ Take all measures to create a potential market as well as new sales opportunities.
∎ Prepare monthly sales planning & execution to achieve sales targets & explore a new market.
∎ Preparing the report for the management e.g. Sales report, Sales Forecast, Target setup, Market analysis, etc.
∎ Supervise & Monitor effective market visits of the team members to existing and potential customers in the retail area to increase sales.
∎ Acquire product knowledge on own products as well as competitor's product, price, feature, marketing strategy, distribution policy, and promotional activities.
∎ Build a strong relationship with the existing & new Dealers and keep in touch with the retailers.
∎ Ensure product availability.
∎ Insure Dealer and retails Stock available.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 1 year or more marketing experience, familiar with the communication industry.
∎ Strong ability to resist pressure and good professional ethics.
∎ Strong communication skills, abide by company regulations & time management.
∎ Computer Knowledge is essential.
∎ Experience in the same industry is preferred.
