Junior Sales & Customer Support Executive – Furniture Showroom (Female).

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Junior Sales & Customer Support Executive to join our furniture showroom team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, assist customers with inquiries, handle complaints, and ensure a seamless shopping experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in the showroom with product selection
• Provide detailed information about furniture materials, designs, and pricing
• Address customer queries and concerns in person, via phone, or email
• Process orders, track deliveries, and follow up on after-sales service
• Coordinate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth transactions
• Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure quick resolution
• Maintain customer records and feedback for service improvement
• Support showroom operations, including maintaining a clean and organized display
