Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Excel Macro Developer to join our team at our Dhaka office. The ideal candidate will be proficient in developing and maintaining Excel macros using VBA to automate business processes and improve productivity. In this role, The candidate will analyze existing workflows to identify inefficiencies and design comprehensive automation solutions, from Excel macros to full-stack web applications that enhance operational productivity. Experience in Office Script and developing Office Add-ins (custom Excel task pane applications) is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Excel macros using VBA
Automate data workflows and text processing using Python (pandas, openpyxl, etc.)
Build and support Office Add-ins and task pane apps using JavaScript and Node.js
Extract and structure data from PDFs using tools like PyMuPDF and pdfplumber.
Integrate Excel with backend scripts and APIs for seamless operations
Build & Maintain a lightweight RAG pipeline for document intelligence and internal search.
Build user-friendly tools with custom forms, buttons, and controls
Collaborate with team members to gather requirements and deliver solutions
Troubleshoot issues and optimize existing macros
Ensure all code is well-documented and maintainable
