- Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Understanding of project proposals, product specifications, and tender notices.
- Effective communication skills, including liaising with foreign officials and stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Support project planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Prepare technical drawings and reports.
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers.
- Perform site visits and frequent travel.
- Assist with product listing, servicing, and budgeting.
- Help with cost estimation and resource management.
- Participate in meetings and ensure compliance.
- Use MS Office, AutoCAD, and relevant software.
- Communicate in English and adapt to flexible hours.
