Education:
- Bachelor/Honors
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering/Construction Management.
- Graduates from BUET, KUET, RUET, CUET, or other reputed universities are strongly encouraged to apply.

Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:
- Age 25 to 45 years
- Minimum 1 year experience in project planning (fresh graduates may also apply).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools and Primavera P6.
- Basic understanding of project scheduling and construction planning principles.
- Strong data analysis and communication skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Assist in Preparing, updating and monitoring project schedules.
- Support preparation of daily, weekly and monthly progress reports.
- Collect and analyze daily progress data from the site.
- Assist in preparing manpower, equipment and resource plans.
- Coordinate with the site teams to track progress and record delay events.
