Responsibilities & Context:
Coordinate and monitor daily vehicle operations to ensure timely and safe transportation of goods.
Track vehicles in real-time during transit to ensure route compliance and timely delivery.
Oversee routine servicing, maintenance, and fitness certification of all company vehicles.
Handle and resolve any legal matters related to vehicle registration, insurance, fitness, and traffic issues.Supervise and control drivers and helpers, ensuring proper duty allocation and discipline.
Maintain up-to-date records of driver and helper attendance, performance, and compliance with company policies.
Report any operational issues, vehicle breakdowns, or incidents to management and recommend necessary actions.
