Job Responsibilities:
∎ Installation/ Reinstallation/ Troubleshooting of In-House and Enterprise applications/ Software;
∎ Installation/ Reinstallation/ Troubleshooting/ Up-gradation of Operating Systems;
∎ Maintain the company's LAN. This includes installation, configuring & maintenance of Active Directory, mail server, file server, proxy server, web server etc.;
∎ Perform daily back up and other IT- related routine tasks of the Organization
∎ Promptly respond to the troubleshooting requests of users;
∎ Assist to Network administration and resolving all IT support issues
∎ Assist to backup data for the database system Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
∎ Ensure that all the security measures of the network are working as expected;
∎ Respond to the troubleshooting requests of users;
∎ Update organization 's website;
∎ Arrange Zoom Meeting, Training & Workshop.
∎ Communicate with End-user/ Stakeholder/ Vendor/ Internal Team;
∎ Analytical Skill in DIS, AIS & MIS
∎ Microfinance field level business knowledge (MIS & AIS) & Automation knowledge;
∎ Perform other IT - related tasks as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Microfinance field-level business/automation knowledge .
∎ Excellent business communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Should have a professional appearance with challenging attitude towards his Job.
∎ Outbound Marketing & Consulting capability with top-level management.
∎ Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet tight deadlines.
∎ Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment.
∎ Willingness to travel for implementation and training purpose.
∎ An interest to interact and work with clients from different areas
∎ Ability to evaluate, define and prioritize activities or projects for self and others.
∎ Data management, Networking and Communications, Training and Development
