Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in daily agricultural operations within the production area.
∎ Monitor crop cultivation, irrigation, and feed crop production.
∎ Collect and maintain data on crop performance, soil health, and input usage.
∎ Support the implementation of modern agricultural practices.
∎ Supervise day-to-day agricultural and farming activities, including cultivation, irrigation, pest control, and harvesting.
∎ Collaborate with team members and report to the farm in charge.
∎ Assist in training farm workers on Good Agricultural Practices (GAP).
∎ Assist in soil testing and recommend corrective measures for fertility improvement.
