• 2 to 5 years

1. BBA/MBA

• 2 to 5 years

• Age At most 35 years

1. The age limit can be changed based on other qualifications.
2. Will give priority to those who have work experience at factory.

• Practical experience in any Factory.

• Timely and proper maintenance of records in all record books related to accounts ( Cash and Register; General Ledger; Check Register; Stock Register; Salary Register; Fixed Assets Register; Voucher Register; etc.) and other supporting registers.

• Cash Transactions and Bank Transactions.

• Acceptance and utilization of Peti Cash, maintaining proper records.

• Properly keeping records of raw material supplier`s bills, transport bills etc. and making vouchers for bill payment.

• Voucher of final adjustment based on advance Payment and delivery record of buyer.

• Daily, weekly, fortnightly, monthly, such time-based reports should be prepared timely and presented punctually as appropriate, and systematically saved in office copies.

• Time-based register balancing and reconciliation should be done where applicable.

• Receiving cash and checks from customers and other parties, and depositing them in the bank.

• Preparing daily income and expense statements and other vouchers, and storing them date-wise after reconciling daily cash transactions.

• Preparing VAT-related documents.

• Performing tasks as per the instructions of the authorities alongside the accounting tasks.
