Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Digital Marketing: Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising. Monitor and report on campaign performance, suggesting optimizations to improve reach and engagement.
∎ Social Media Management: Manage our social media accounts by curating and scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and engaging with our online community. Keep up-to-date with social media trends and incorporate them into our strategy.
∎ Market Research: Conduct research to identify target markets, analyze competitors, and stay informed about industry trends. Use data-driven insights to contribute to the development of effective marketing strategies.
∎ Client Communication: Assist in maintaining communication with clients and prospects through various channels. Provide timely responses to inquiries, gather feedback, and address any concerns professionally.
∎ Branding and Collateral: Contribute to the development and maintenance of marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, presentations, and other materials. Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
∎ Analytics and Reporting: Generate regular reports on marketing activities, highlighting key performance metrics and insights. Use data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and suggest improvements.
∎ Learning and Growth: Stay updated on the latest marketing trends, tools, and technologies. Proactively seek opportunities to enhance your skills and contribute innovative ideas to the marketing team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 21 years
∎ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
∎ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
∎ Basic understanding of real estate principles (preferred but not mandatory).
∎ Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
∎ Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
