Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma Engineering in related technology with minimum C.G.P.A.- 3.00 from any reputed institution.

Job Context:
∎ The Junior Instructor (Electrical) is responsible for oversight of the following:
∎ Execute Plan with Departmental Head, Vice Principal & Principal
∎ Supervise, Class Monitoring, coordinate and evaluate the activities of HPI.
∎ Keeping good coordination with all departments or Projects.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have to take class (Theory & Practical) at least 6 to 7 periods (as per class routine) at each working day.
∎ Have to take class (off period) in absence of any teacher.
∎ Have to prepare semester/lesson plan for your teaching subjects (both Theory & Practical)
∎ Make sure to examine the answer scripts of your examination subjects.
∎ Have to avoid checking answer scripts during the class time.
∎ To be experienced to teach at related subjects.
∎ Make sure to prepare result sheets & tabulation sheets.
∎ Ensure advertisement for the admission of HPI students & make sure to fill up targeted students in your technology.
∎ Have to set up positive minded in any subjects.
∎ Any other special responsibilities as assigned by your reporting authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate should be expert for conducting practical class.
∎ Teaching experience of any Polytechnic Institute ( approved by Bangladesh Technical Education Board) will get preference.
∎ The candidate should be expert in operating Computer.
∎ The candidate should be honest, hard worker and non smoker

Salary: Tk. 8000 - 9000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ After 6 months, if he becomes the permanent employee of the organization, other benefits will be offered as per the organizational policy like provident fund, gratuity, festival bonus, yearly increment, staff insurance, medical aid etc.
