• Requirements (CVC Fleece, Heavy Jersey)

Education

• B.Sc. in Textile Engineering.
• Students from BUTEX & AUST will get preference.
• Skills Required: KNOWLEDGE OF CVC FABRIC’S QUALITY.

Experience

At least 4-6 years.

• The applicants should have at least 3 years of experience on knit fabric
• inspection.
• Clear knowledge of knitting and dyeing.
• The applicants should have at least 3 years of experience on knit fabric
• quality.

Additional Requirements

• Pro-active and well organized.
• Man power control.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Strong computer skills (E-mailing, Google apps, MS word, Excel).
• Able to work under pressure.

Job Responsibilities

1. Monitor quality of grey fabrics and dyed fabrics.

2. Coordinate production schedules between factory and dyeing house to ensure on-time delivery.

3. Inspect fabrics by using the Four-Point System, record data, prepare reports, and make pass/fail decisions.

4. Identify defects, calculate penalty points, and ensure corrective actions.

5. Check roll-to-roll fabric quality and shade before cutting; separate rolls if needed.

6. Analyze CMC reports and ensure results meet requirements.

7. Inspect cutting panels and manage panel QCs as per cutting SOP.

8. Train and guide cutting QCs to maintain consistent quality.

9. Lead inspections, ensure product quality, and report daily status to the management.

10. Immediately escalate issues which will impact quality or delivery.

11. Approve or reject fabric and cutting panels quality with authority and accountability.

12. Any other jobs assigned by management.
