∎ B.Sc. in Textile Engineering.

∎ Skills Required: KNOWLEDGE OF CVC FABRIC’S QUALITY.
∎ The applicants should have at least 3 years of experience on knit fabric
∎ inspection.
∎ Clear knowledge of knitting and dyeing.

∎ Pro-active and well organized.
∎ Man power control.
∎ Excellent command of spoken and written English.
∎ Strong computer skills (E-mailing, Google apps, MS word, Excel).

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitor all quality related issues for the knitting, dyeing, finishing unit as per
∎ requirement.
∎ Effectively interact with technical development of knitting, dyeing, finishing
∎ team to maintain product quality; ensuring that requirements are maintained.
∎ Coordinate the fabric production schedule between the garment factory and
∎ the dyeing factory to meet the company's deadline.
∎ To ensure the planned fabric production schedule is strictly followed to meet
∎ target delivery dates by assessing the capacity of production.
∎ The person must understand the Four-Point System including:
∎ Fabric inspection method or preparation
∎ Vast idea on nature of fabric defects (how an error looks and its
∎ appearance
∎ Criteria of giving penalty points based on defects and defect length
∎ Calculation method of total penalty points for total defects found in a
∎ fabric roll or than
∎ A Check sheet or format for recording data
∎ Perform 4-point system fabric inspection with the representatives from the
∎ dyeing factory and generate reports.
∎ To lead to check finish fabrics, find defects, point out them and make
∎ decisions (pass or fail).
∎ Report fabric production status, deliveries, 4-point reports to head office on
∎ a daily basis.
∎ Report to the head office immediately when there are any foreseen/
∎ unforeseen issues that may potentially compromise the delivery time or
∎ fabric quality.
∎ Must know how to operate the Data Color machine and software and read
∎ the CMC report.
∎ To ensure the result of the CMC report matches with the buyer's
∎ requirements.
∎ To have the ability and confidence to approve and reject the fabrics quality;
∎ lot to lot.
