Commercial/ Export-Import, Export Documentation, FMCG Sales & Marketing
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assisting the Export team in coordinating and managing export orders to ensure timely delivery and compliance with regulations.
∎ Collaborating with internal departments, including production, packaging, and quality assurance, to ensure accurate and efficient order fulfillment.
∎ Preparing and reviewing export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin, to ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
∎ Communicating with international customers and partners to provide updates on order status, shipment tracking, and resolving any inquiries or issues.
∎ Assisting in market research and identifying potential export markets and opportunities.
∎ Supporting the team in maintaining accurate records of export transactions and updating relevant databases.
∎ Participating in training sessions and workshops to develop a strong understanding of export regulations, trade practices, and industry trends.
∎ Dealing with government agencies, customs, etc. to facilitate the export process.
∎ Handling and preparing documentation for export certificates, bank certificates and other related works.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
∎ Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
∎ Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Eagerness to learn and grow within the export field.
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 30000 (Monthly)
