Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee the production process to ensure efficiency and quality & troubleshoot technical issues in production.
∎ Ensure workflow and efficiency through coordinating with Factory Manager.
∎ Ensure that production targets are met within the specified time frame.
∎ Oversee quality control processes to ensure garments meet customer specifications and industry standards.
∎ Provide technical guidance to production teams regarding machinery, tools, and processes.
∎ Analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement in efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
