∎ Must have experience in Knit garments.
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic and have a good personality.
∎ Have working experience in a reputed factory with handle major buyers like Puma, M&S, H & M, Primark.
∎ Should have strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire the workers' team and staff.
∎ Self-motivated and responsible.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Should be a team player having good interpersonal skills.
∎ Should be proactive and result oriented.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To monitor and control all production process.
∎ To monitor production target every hour of day.
∎ Report production head about daily & total production status according to order and style.
∎ To inform higher authority immediately if the target is not achieved for any reason.
∎ To Prepare Production plan for the lines (manpower, machine and styles) and giving instruction to the line supervisors.
∎ To manage technical and proper production line of Knit Garments.
∎ To follow production plan and achieve set production targets by analyzing individual workers performance, identifying bottlenecks and quick balancing lines as and when required.
∎ To Analyze line performance based on work efficiency, man to machine ratio and cost/pieces and plan for continuous improvement.
∎ To Analyze quality data and discussion with other team members.
∎ To perform other production related duties and responsibilities.
