∎ Inovace Technologies is looking for a Junior Executive/Executive-Customer Happiness to join our Business development team. Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide on-site software training to customers.
∎ To provide the highest quality of service to the customers through over phone, email & social networking platforms.
∎ To handle customers in a professional manner and give them feedback properly.
∎ Ensure that customer information is maintained accurately in the database application.
∎ Should have capability to ensure quality customer service.
∎ Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
∎ Good personality for Teamwork.
∎ To provide HRM software support, software implementation,device installation training to customers when they require it.
∎ To provide central server & maintenances support from time to time.
∎ Any other task by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 28 years
∎ Very good communication skills, Team player, Positive attitude, Passion driven personality
Salary: Negotiable
