Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
∎ Cooperate in determining the candidate selection criteria.
∎ Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social media platforms and professional networks).
∎ Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, different types of assessments and in-person interviews.
∎ Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details and primary background check.
∎ Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's primary screening requirements.
∎ Lead employer branding initiatives to attract potential candidates.
∎ Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
∎ Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs for each department.
∎ Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
∎ Help in all kinds of Performance assessments and employee relations activities.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the team leader.
