Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Initiate and manage research partnerships with universities, agricultural institutes, and R&D centers.
∎ Draft and monitor MOUs, NDAs, and project scopes with partner organizations and run the experiments.
∎ Design and coordinate laboratory, greenhouse, and field trials for product efficacy, resistance, and environmental impact.
∎ Ensure timely implementation of research protocols and data collection standards.
∎ Compile, analyze, and interpret research data for internal use and regulatory submission.
∎ Prepare technical reports, white papers, and presentations for stakeholders.
∎ Assist in identifying and developing new-generation molecules or biopesticide formulations.
∎ Helping to evaluate local microorganism strains for potential bio-efficacy.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
