Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: Adaptability, Fast typing skill, Good communication skills, patient and polite, Understanding of Digital Platform Social Media Handles
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Response social media based customer queries in time
∎ Collect market information and prepare report according to the data
∎ Make prompt communication to sales/ service team for resolving any problem raised by customers/ dealers/ retailers through social media and online platforms for confirming customers support
∎ Execute sales approach to customers through online platforms and social media as well as finalize sales confirmation
∎ Assist marketing team with inquiry tracking data in prescribed format
∎ Manage digital marketing activities on event as required
∎ Track and report on online performance
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ 1-2 years working experience in digital marketing will get preference
Salary: Negotiable
