Education:
∎ Bachelor’s degree in any of the following fields from a reputed university: Textiles (Apparel, TEM, FMT), IPE, SCM, HRM, Management, Marketing, Fashion Design.
∎ Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Knit Industry Management (KIM) from BRAC University or PGD in Garment Business (GB) from IBA, University of Dhaka will be considered an added advantage.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee and optimize production processes, ensuring efficiency and adherence to safety and quality standards.
∎ Analyze and improve quality control systems, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
∎ Implement industrial engineering solutions to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
∎ Support merchandising activities, including product planning, inventory management, and cross-functional coordination.
∎ Assist in process optimization, data analysis, and operational improvements.
∎ Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to deliver strategic business objectives.
∎ Prepare and present reports, project outcomes, and recommendations to leadership.
