Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate in any discipline (Science Preferable).

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales & Marketing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Market development for product (semen)
∎ -Develop cadre inseminators who will work at various districts and upazilas to sale the semen.
∎ -Agent /dealer selection and deployment.
∎ -Develop pricing strategy and policies.
∎ Develop and manage effective product positioning plan designed to best reach target customers.
∎ Monitor, review and analyze marketing activities, current market conditions including competitors’ information and report results.
∎ Fattening programme development, planning and execution at on-farm and farmer’s level.
∎ Fodder and feed technology transfer to farmers.
∎ Technical support to contract growers.
∎ Excellent team building & willing to work hard and manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
∎ Responsible to carry out any other activities / responsibilities given by superiors/ authorities.
∎ Fill up target sales.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Having 2-3 years experience with sales & marketing from any reputed company.
∎ Must have knowledge in Microsoft Office

Salary: Negotiable
