∎ Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.)/ Diploma in Computer Science & Engineering.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues of our company;
∎ Installing, implementing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners;
∎ Should have experience with Wi-Fi device, CCTV, IP Camera, Attendance device management;
∎ Assist to maintainance of IP networks and data communication;
∎ Maintenance of network Cabling, Routing and Switching;
∎ Maintains inventory of equipment and parts as well as documentation of configurations, standards;
∎ Must be ready to do provide emergency support 24/7 when required by supervisor/management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have a clear knowledge of IP networks and data communication;
∎ Must have hands-on experience in network Cabling, Routing and Switching;
∎ Ability to work under pressure & take challenges;
∎ Require good communication skill;
