Job Responsibilities:
∎ Select competent applicant, conduct interview & recruit as per organizational structure;
∎ Preparing & issuing appointment letter;
∎ Preparing letter & issue to long absent employees;
∎ Create employee ID card & issue with proper records;
∎ Processing resign, termination, discharge & preserve all records properly;
∎ Process final settlement & update record properly;
∎ Opening bank account for new employees;
∎ Create, update & maintain personal files of new joiners.
Additional Requirements:
∎ experience in the relevant field with vast knowledge working with the reputed company;
∎ Ability to work under pressure;
∎ Should have basic knowledge of HR procedures & practices;
∎ Positive attitude, willingness to learn;
∎ Should have computer operating skill particularly in MS Word, Excel, Power point;
∎ Ready to residing factory surrounding areas.
