Educational Requirements:
∎ BSC in Civil or Diploma in Civil Engineer.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sound knowledge of RCC and Steel building construction works;
∎ Detail Knowledge on architectural structural drawing;
∎ Completes construction projects by preparing engineering designs and documents and confirming specifications;
∎ Designs construction projects by studying project concepts, architectural drawings, and models;
∎ Prepares engineering design by collecting and studying reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, aerial photographs, and tests on soil composition, terrain, hydrological characteristics, and related topographical and geologic data;
∎ Determines project costs by calculating labor, material, and related costs;
∎ Produces engineering documents by developing construction specifications, plans, and schedules;
∎ Confirms adherence to construction specifications and safety standards by monitoring project progress, inspecting the construction site, and verifying calculations and placements;
∎ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 27 years
∎ Experience:
∎ 01 year working experience in RCC and Steel building construction works for BSC Civil Engineer.
∎ 05 Years working experience in RCC and Steel building construction works for diploma Civil Engineer.
∎ Job requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply;
∎ Repot writing skill;
∎ Good interpersonal & communication skills;
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented.
∎ Skills:
∎ 1. Auto CAD 2D & 3D
∎ 2. Material estimate
∎ 3. Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, etc.)
∎ Residence: Preferably in Gazipur.
∎ Behavioral:
∎ 1. Ability to work hard and control Pressure;
∎ 2. Open-minded approach towards learning new skills and sharpening existing skill sets;
∎ 3. Result-oriented and a strong desire for success;
∎ 4. Self-starter & proactive;
∎ 5. Good interpersonal skills.
