Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for:
∎ Liaising with other doctors, healthcare professionals and management staffs regularly.
∎ Responsible to lead a medical team in any emergency.
∎ Responsible to establish an effective communication, cooperation and collaboration with outreach component (satellite clinics, medical assistants, nurse, midwives).
∎ Highly responsible for teambuilding & nurturing the team effort.
∎ As a part of the team, work should be done in coordination with colleagues to ensure high quality support to the projects and excellence within the organization.
∎ Any work set within the reason and means by the authority of the organization.
∎ Activities:
∎ Obstetrics and gynecological out-patient examination, management and treatment including ANC and PNC.
∎ Performing surgical procedures (NVD, Caesarean Section, MR and PAC).
∎ Providing general pre- and post-operative care.
∎ Mentoring junior doctors, midwives, and nurses.
∎ Establish a regular family planning, cervical cancer screening, and breast-feeding careResponsible for management of eclampsia/sever pre-eclampsia, hemorrhage, severe anemia, sepsis, post abortion complication etc.
∎ Active participation in planning daily management of a secondary care hospital.
∎ Responsible for the Quality Control of the health facility.
∎ Managing and facilitating the activities of regular primary & secondary health care, Lab service, O.T service and others.
∎ Collaboration and Co-ordination with GOB, NGO, Community leaders and Private sector.
∎ Providing training on clinical Management and ensuring quality services of medical staff.
∎ Facilitate the budget to head office for program activities.
∎ Responsible for ensuring monthly medicine and other medical logistics and supplies.
∎ Documentation and reporting.
∎ Any other relevant task assigned by the senior management.
∎ Skill and Competencies:
∎ Education and relevant experience:
∎ MBBS degree from recognized Medical College.
∎ Valid BMDC Registration.
∎ 3 years Diploma in Gynecology and Obstetrics.
∎ 5 years of relevant experience (Specially NGO and Clinic management and operation is encouraged).
∎ Excellent communication skill.
∎ Excellent computer skills.
∎ Excellent in English language skills.
∎ Highly committed & motivated to work in a remote area for a marginalized community.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills.
