Job Context:
∎ We are looking for Legal Associates who are motivated for taking challenges in the competitive legal world, the law firm is seeking applications from competent, dynamic, dedicated, and self-motivated individuals to fill up the following position-
∎ Job Location: Uttara, Dhaka,Residents of Uttara will get priority
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing draft of different banking documentations
∎ Scrutinizing different land-related deeds and documents
∎ Rending legal opinion regarding various legal issues
∎ Preparing a draft of various kinds of agreements.
∎ Assisting in vetting various agreements.
∎ Counseling clients proactively for their foreign education and migration processing, so that they can make an informed decision.
∎ Providing information to the students about tuition fees, course duration, accommodations, and all other foreign University admission-related issues.
∎ To create and maintain an excellent personal relationship with clients and colleagues within the organization.
∎ Advising the students on their problems and helping them to resolve them.
∎ Helping the students understand their skill sets and providing them with ways to utilize them.
∎ Maintaining Facebook Page & answering phone calls in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
