·   JOB RESPONSIBILITY 

  To prepare architectural 2D  design of all  of present and proposed projects of the company by using Auto CAD, Sketch up,.

·      To prepare design approval sheet with consultation of Principal Architect.

·      To prepare architectural working drawing.

·      To assist the team to prepare other designs like residential and commercial building assigned to the company.

·      To prepare working drawing of both interior projects and construction projects.

Any other Design related duties assigned by Principal Architect or Management.

JOB REQUIREMENT

·      Must have Sound Knowledge in contemporary building Design & Drawing.

·      Must have knowledge in calculating FAR.

·      Must be well conversant in using Auto CAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other updated software.

·      Should have sufficient knowledge of various materials used in interior decorations.

Should have good sense to understand aesthetic beauty.
