Responsibilities & Context:
To prepare architectural 2D & 3D design of all of present and proposed projects of the company by using Auto CAD, Sketch up, 3D Studio Max, Photoshop as per the Instruction of the principal Architect.
To prepare design approval sheet with consultation of Principal Architect.
To assist the team to prepare other designs like residential and commercial building assigned to the company.
To prepare working drawing of both interior projects and construction projects.
Any other Design related duties assigned by Principal Architect or Management.
The applicants should have working experience in any Architectural consulting firm, Interior Design Firm and real estate developer.
Preferred experience in Auto CAD.
Self-motivated and ability to work under pressure to discharge the responsibility within deadline as set by the team leader.
