Responsibilities & Context:
  • Ensure & Follow Up Day to Day Administrative Operational Support to all the Site Offices of Projects including HQ Office.

  • Drafting Several types of Office Note, Circular, NOC, Invitation letter for company`s local and foreign Stakeholders.

  • Prepare Purchase Orders to the enlisted suppliers/vendors for ensuring the Office Stationery, Business Cards, ID Cards including relevant official administrative printing materials and also have to maintain Administrative Stock Register (MS Excel File) of Office supplies and place the orders as per requisition.

  • Management of Company Transport Services, Periodic Servicing of Company`s all the Existing Vehicles, Dealing of Repair and Maintenance Works at Automobile Workshops, Car Registration and Documents renewal, Monitoring of Vehicles` Fuel Usages, Corresponding of Accidental Case Handling with Local Police Stations, pool car management and third-party car management etc.

  • Mobile SIM Management, limit monitoring and updating, Mobile bill preparation and payment.

  • Monitoring of Office Housekeeping & Cleanliness for all projects Site Offices including HQ Office.

  • Timely Submission of Govt. fees and payment of various category Office Bills, Rents, Trade License Renewal, IRC Certification, TIN, BIN Certificate Renewal, DCCI Certification, Renewal of ABC Electrical License Certification and Keep proper track records according to departmental SOP.

  • Maintain strong relationship with the key stakeholders of all the Site Offices of Projects along with HQ Office by ensuring support, information and guidance.

  • Ensure All local & foreign tour approval support through existing process as per company policy.

  • Arrangement of TA/DA & Other Special Allowances Support for both Project & HQ Staffs.

  • Invoice & Bill Voucher Authentication & Submission Support from Admin Dept.

  • Any Other Administrative Duties and Business Promotional Tasks assigned by the Line Management time to time.

  • Have to maintain `Fixed Asset Management` inventory updated on regular basis.
