∎ Skills Required: CNF Handling, Commercial, Commuincations, Foreign procurement, Negotiation Skills, SCM

∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Commercial, Construction, Customs Documentation, Demand Planning, Export/ Import through L/C, Sourcing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Clearing & Forwarding (C&F) Companies, Engineering Firms, Group of Companies, Trading or Export/Import

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare all Commercial Import documents (bill of exchange, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Buyer Packing List, Beneficiary Certificate, Shipping Bill etc.) and others relevant documents prepare for Buyer, Customs and Bank purpose.
∎ Analyze all in hand L/C(s), requirements of supplier, transport capability to make delivery schedule and deliver the goods within shipment period.
∎ Maintain customs process for goods clearing and transportation against Import & Export.
∎ Communication with the Bank for (All Import Activities, Loan Sanction, Renewal & Repayment, LC, Purchase, Maturity Payment & Collection).
∎ Prepare Export Bill or import invoice as per L/C terms, submit to Banks, and negotiate/Purchase.
∎ Operations regarding HS code, Customs Act, Import Policy, Insurance and other related Govt. laws applicable for Import Operation.
∎ Maintain good liaison with the buyers, suppliers, forwarders, and banks for completing the documentation on time to smooth export and import.
∎ Capable of doing works related to C & F Agent & Suppliers.
∎ Negotiate with banks to get a preferential exchange rate for Import and Export.
∎ Prepare LC opening & closing statement for Report to Management.
∎ Regularly monitoring & tracking various stages of Export/import as well as payment follow up.
∎ Capable to handle all logistics works related to import.
∎ Any others task assigned by the Management.
