∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
∎ Skills Required: Accounting and Finance

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure documentation of bill, vouchers & inventories
∎ Assist engineering & purchase team by giving their payment timely & collect vouchers accurately
∎ Maintain day to day banking correspondence
∎ Prepare bill /invoice and maintain daily vouchers, ledger book & account related activities
∎ Prepare receivable, payable and inventories report
∎ Processing all types of payments to vendors and petty cash payments as required for routine business transactions
∎ Update daily accounting entries in software
∎ To keep update bank position, Bank reconciliation, and report line manager about daily fund status
∎ Any other responsibilities as assigned by the senior as & when required
