Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Construction Estimating, Tendering

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation & Analysis of Estimates/Drawing/Design/Variation & Agreed, ETC
∎ Responsible for Tendering, Tender documents Preparation, Monitoring Online Tendering
∎ Review the project in detail to create Bar-chart, schedule deliverables, and cost estimate
∎ Responsible for overall construction and supervision of the projects
∎ Coordinate with direct construction workers and subcontractors
∎ Ensuring compliance and safety regulations
∎ Report project status and progress report & Prepare Interim/revised project schedule
∎ Other duties as assigned by the Management time to time
