Responsibilities & Context:

Air Spider is expanding its enterprise sales team and is looking for a motivated Junior Account Manager to work with medium to large enterprise clients. This role involves business development, account management, and building long-term customer relationships in the telecommunications and technology sector.

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify, prospect, and qualify new enterprise and corporate clients

• Manage and grow existing business accounts

• Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals

• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery

• Maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention and upsell opportunities

• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets

🔹 Candidate Requirements

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a relevant discipline

• Educational qualifications may be relaxed for suitable candidates

Experience Requirements:

• Experience: 0–3 years

• Freshers are encouraged to apply

• Candidates with experience in Telecom, IT, FinTech, SaaS, or PaaS will have an advantage

Additional Requirements:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

• Good computer skills, especially MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Ability to understand technical products and enterprise solutions

• Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn

Preferred Skills & Competencies:

• Experience in B2B or enterprise sales

• Exposure to pricing and contract management

• Knowledge of an additional foreign language will be considered an advantage
