Job Responsibilities:
∎ Process property requests/queries in a timely and comprehensive manner to ensure customer satisfaction with Inbound and Outbound calling
∎ Presentable and Clear Voice.
∎ Generate site visit prospects over the phone.
∎ Follow up with incoming leads.
∎ Coordination with sales team to ensure maximum lead conversion.
∎ Maintain an accurate database of the call records and presentation of the same on a daily basis.
∎ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
∎ Presentable and Clear Voice.
∎ Knowledge about Real Estate Industry.
∎ Pipeline Building, Follow up.
∎ Multi-task on various projects which are relevant to the process.
∎ Providing the best possible solution to customers.
∎ Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
∎ Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls.
∎ Follow up customer calls where necessary.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills Mandatory
∎ Real Estate knowledge is a plus.
∎ Proficient in relevant computer applications
∎ Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
∎ Excellent data entry and typing skills.
∎ Ability to handle the stressful situations appropriately
