∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To supervise & execute construction of building project including shore pile, Basement, super structure, sanitary & plumbing and total finishing works of the building as per drawing and other relevant documents.
∎ Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to meet deadlines.
∎ Responsible for project planning, budgeting, reduce cost, schedule, resource utilization and materials allocation for construction sites.
∎ Work closely and efficiently with Site Engineer, Sun-contractors and professionals regarding various issues.
∎ Sound knowledge and experience to understand the construction drawings like Structural, Architectural, Plumbing, Electrical and interior drawing, specifications and quality control.
∎ Scheduling control and Prepare project work schedule & reporting of project work progress as daily, weekly and monthly.
∎ Maintain records of work done by contractors & contractor management and Bill preparation.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Responsible to carry out the site supervision and act as a technical adviser during all stages of work.
∎ Working experience especially finishing stage on high Rise building in real estate sector and ability to handle all the project management work.
∎ Critical thinking and problem-solving skill.

Salary: Negotiable
