Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Apartment Sales, Real Estate Marketing, Real Estate Sales, Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidates with experience in Real Estate sector and Land Development will be given preference.
∎ Must be able to meet his own Targets & target accepting mentality.
∎ Regular basis Market visit and attending the meeting with potential clients.
∎ Property visit with the client at the scheduled time.
∎ Organizing site visits and viewings with clients as necessary
∎ Must be experienced in Negotiating Price and Payment Schedules in Real Estate perspective.
∎ To look after direct sales, product promotion activities, Manage all marketing communication.
∎ Prepare and Submit Daily Works reports to superior.
∎ Market Mapping and creating client database & Maintaining clients records.
∎ Report to supervisor for any programs and achieve sales targets.
∎ Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions and negotiations.
∎ Giving Sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
∎ Coordinating Sales efforts with marketing programs.
∎ Identifying and generating new clients and potential sales opportunities
∎ Working together with Marketing team to build lead pipeline.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Sales closing mentality
∎ Can work under pressure
∎ Knows how to sell apartments.
∎ Maintain proper customer relationship with potential and existing clients
∎ Prepare and present regular reports on sales and marketing to the immediate supervisor. Meeting or executing goals.-
