Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise daily warehouse activities such as material receiving, storage, picking, and delivery.
Monitor and guide all warehouse workers and drivers.
Shift wise workers productivity and performance monitoring.
Assign daily tasks to workers & drivers and ensure daily productivity targets.
Ensure proper storage of materials as per guidelines (FIFO/FEFO).
Prepare daily reports and submit them to senior management.
Coordinate with production, planning, quality, and transport teams.
Follow and ensure proper use of PPE and enforce warehouse safety rules.
Identify and resolve daily operational problems.
Ensure material quality during receiving, storage, and delivery.
Prevent mixing issues during material receiving, storage, picking, and delivery.
Willing to work in 3-shift operations (Morning, Evening, and Night).
