Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sub-Station operation and maintenance (33/ 11 KV & 11 KV/0.415 KV both).
∎ Experience in load distribution and load synchronization from different power sources (REB/Captive/ Diesel) to the factory.
∎ Experience in automation, Inverters and PLC.
∎ Maintenance & Trouble shooting experience of Utility Machinery like – Boilers, Compressors, Humidification plants, Compressors, Chillers, ETP, WTP, Soller Power Plant, CFDS etc.
∎ Daily, weekly and monthly schedule maintenance activities and follow up of all type of Utility machinery.
∎ Overall responsibility to Maintenance & Utility department of an entire plant containing Gas, Diesel, associated cooling tower pumps, Fuel stores, Substations, MDB , Changeover etc.
∎ Lead & monitor regular maintenance work of all the equipment.
∎ Preventive maintenance for all equipment and machinery by weekly, monthly or yearly basis
∎ Adhere to repair, installation & commissioning of new machinery and equipment
∎ List out and maintain required spare parts for all equipment and machinery
