∎ Age 25 to 32 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Chemical analysis of Raw Materials and Finished Goods for commercial feed mill (poultry, fish, cattle feed).
∎ Develop SOP for Nutrition Lab.·
∎ Sampling & Microbiological analysis of raw material & finished products.·
∎ To oversee the overall quality and safety of company's
∎ product.·
∎ Proper checking of market return products & ensure corrective measures.·
∎ Maintaining the Good Laboratory Practices (GLPs).· Developing quality control plans by conducting hazard analyses, identifying critical control points and preventive measures.·
∎ Establishing critical limits, monitoring procedures, corrective actions, and verification procedures.·
∎ Checking and improving quality control procedures and ensuring product safety & quality from the raw material stage to the finished products.·
∎ To ensure the products quality parameters as per specifications.·
∎ To maintain all kind of documents related to quality control department.·
∎ To face all kind of Audit, Visitors & Suppliers.·
∎ To train up employees as per requirements·
∎ Any other task assigned by management.
