Responsibilities & Context:

• Familiarity with Airlines & Customs regulations in Express Courier & Freight Forwarding Industry.

• Effective communication with local & foreign clients, agents, airlines, and business partners.

• Handling import/export queries and resolving complex customer service issues.

• Ensuring customer satisfaction and developing service improvement strategies.

• Managing sales team, setting objectives, and monitoring performance.

• Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to expand customer base.

• Building and nurturing long-lasting customer relationships.

• Maintaining accurate financial records and managing accounts.

• Coordinating with internal departments for smooth operations and client satisfaction.

• Adhoc responsibilities assigned by the line manager and the leadership team
