Additional Requirements:
  • Age 25 to 32 years
  • Strong communication skills in Bangla (mandatory) and basic English

  • Ability to handle high call volumes efficiently

  • Ability to coordinate with field teams and internal departments

  • Strong listening skills and patience in handling rural customer queries

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

  • Willingness to learn about poultry, livestock and feed products

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets



Responsibilities & Context:

Quality Feeds Limited is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Jr. Officer/ Officer - Call Centre to support our Marketing Department. The role involves regular communication with agents, farmers and customers to address queries, provide product information and ensure a high standard of service delivery. The position plays a key role in strengthening customer relationships and supporting field-level marketing operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with agents, farmers and customers in a professional manner

  • Respond to inquiries related to products, pricing, usage and availability

  • Coordinate closely with the Marketing Team to support campaigns, promotions and field activities

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback and complaints

  • Follow up on customer issues to ensure timely resolution

  • Provide guidance and basic technical information about feed products (training will be provided)

  • Support data collection for market insights and customer feedback analysis

  • Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments when necessary

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and relationship management

  • Assist in maintaining customer databases and call reports
