Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for planning and developing merchandising strategies that balance customers' expectations and company's objectives.
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for analyzing sales figures, customers reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan product ranges/stock.
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for collaborating with buyers, suppliers, distributors and analysts to negotiate prices, quantities and time-scales.
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for maximizing customer interest and sales levels by displaying products appropriately.
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for producing layout plans for stores and maintain store shelves and inventory
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for forecasting profits/sales and plan budgets
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for monitoring stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, clear outs etc.
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for building constructive customer relationships and team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals.
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for remain up to date with industry's best practices
