• Identify and connect with potential merchants, demonstrate the value of our offerings, and build new business relationships.

• Develop and uphold strong connections with both new and existing merchants to guarantee their satisfaction and continued loyalty.

• Execute market research to discern trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics within the Courier Service and Logistics sector.

• Create and execute successful sales strategies to meet acquisition goals.

• Coordinate with marketing, product, and customer support teams to guarantee a smooth onboarding and integration experience for new merchants.

• Create and deliver periodic reports detailing sales activities, merchant feedback, and market trends to drive informed strategic decisions.

• Facilitate training and provide support to merchants to maximize their effective use of our services.

• Visit clients or organize meetings to explore how our services can fulfill the merchant’s requirements.

• Connect with merchants through email and phone calls to propose new services and opportunities.

• Ensure that all merchant acquisition activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
