Responsibilities & Context:
Bill/ Invoice preparation
Challan Preparation
Customer credit follow up
Account Receivable tracking and collection
Payments to respective vendors
Perform monthly bill collections as per company credit policy
Prepare reports/claims for submission to Regional Office. (Weekly/monthly)
Other accounts matters as assigned by head of department
Face the internal/external audit as needed
Carry out any other tasks as may be considered necessary by RR-Imperial management
IT proficiency - advanced level skill is a MUST in MS Office package (Especially, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
