∎ Practical experience in Spare Parts sales and Inventory Management will be given preference.
∎ Fresh Graduate may also apply.

Job Context:
∎ We are looking for Jr. Executive, Spare Parts Sales, Store & Inventory Management
∎ Metal is one of the leading business concern focuses on Agri-Machineries like Tractors, Combine Harvester (A brand name of TAFE & EICHER and METAL WORLD & KYM), also deals with Agricultural products (A brand name of Metal Seed) and also is worked on Power Generation, a brand name of EICHER Diesel Generators and in addition working on Telecom Sector with renowned global operators. To provide the highest standards of services to our valued customers, we are looking for committed and result oriented candidates for the above position:
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing market for TAFE & EICHER and METAL WORLD & KYM with other agricultural implements genuine Spare Parts and Oil; increasing sales within the defined territory.
∎ Responsible for ordering parts necessary for field service work and ensuring that the timely delivery of the parts on-site.
∎ Responsible for administration of all customer parts orders.
∎ Ensure orders meet specifications of the quotation and determine delivery schedule.
∎ Take necessary actions to meet customers committed delivery scheduled.
∎ Deal with different dealers for best sale network.
∎ Forecast for Sales and cash collection to meet the assigned targets.
∎ Frequent market and dealers visit to meet the assigned targets.
∎ Maintain parts & inventory accurately within ERP system.
∎ Store, issue and maintain spare parts plan and organize work to meet expected outcomes.
∎ To perform any other assignment as assigned by the concern authority in time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Need not to apply who are interested to work in service & maintenance.
∎ Agreed to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
∎ Candidates who have applied earlier need not to apply again.
∎ The candidates should have at least 2 years experience in spare parts sales and inventory in any reputed organization.
∎ Advance computer knowledge especially MS-Office operation.
∎ The incumbent must be willing to work hard with fitness to work long hours.
∎ Able to communicate excellent with people at all levels.
∎ Work efficiently in a team.
∎ Can do attitude.
Salary: Negotiable
